Scott is a bike mentor to our our all ladies Triathlon team where he volunteers his time and energy to bike with the ladies and help them learn/improve in their bike skills, along with having workshops to empower the ladies to learn how to pump their own tires, to changing a flat.
I have personally experienced what a big heart this bike shop has for its customers. After having my 3rd child and suffering some major medical issues I wasn't able to do very much on my own for awhile. The first form of exercise that I was cleared to do was biking. I brought my old road bike into Scott to get tuned up and ensure it was safe for me to be on. Instead of doing that Scott donated to me a brand new road bike just to make sure that I was riding the best. "I just want to give you something to help you get back out there" was what he said. I was totally bowled over with this random act of awesome!
